Our Story
Welcome to New Beginnings, a veteran and family owned fully furnished home rental located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Katie and Lee, the owners, grew up together just miles apart and, after going their separate ways after high school, reconnected 25 years later. Katie has always had a passion for helping people as a Nurse her whole career. There isn't enough that can be said about her devotion to her three beautiful girls and two granddaughters. I joined the Air Force in 2001 and after 21 years I retired in 2022. My second career as a contractor began shortly after. I have an amazing son and I couldn't be prouder of the young man he is becoming. Now, finally married after all these years to my best friend and "beautiful girl", Katie and I are excited to share our space with others looking for a home away from home.
